Cybex Elliptical Trainer Auction Sales

Cybex refuses to call their machine an Elliptical Trainer. They call it an Arc Trainer, instead. Okay, so be it - it is an Arc Trainer. I won't argue with them. The video below demonstrates how and why the Cybex Arc Trainer offers a better, less physically stressful work-out than your typical Elliptical Trainer. The demonstrator tells us that the Cybex Arc Trainer is easier on the joints and back. As one who has personal experience with the Cybex Arc Machines at my gym, I'm not so sure about the claim that is easier on the joints and back. However, I will say that the Cybex Ellipticals give my gludes, quads and other muscles quite a work-out. It took me a while to work my way up to a 30 minute workout on these machines. I also agree with the demonstrator's viewpoint that the Cybex Arc Trainer gives you more variability than any other Elliptical Trainer. If you feel one part of your body getting too sore or tired, you can easily change the exercise program and exercise a completely different set of muscles. These are serious machines, and you will pay good money for a Cybex Arc Trainer in your home, but as the video demonstrates, they are well worth it.
