The Life Fitness X7 Elliptical Trainer is pretty well presented in this video demonstration. This is a durable, safe elliptical trainer with robust, rear-wheel drive. I realize the video demonstration is a bit biased, but it does give a pretty good presentation of what this elliptical trainer can do.
