NordicTrack CX 1600 Elliptical Trainer Review

The NordicTrack CS1600 Elliptical Trainer has some impressive features; 20" Stride, 12 resistance levels, 12 fitness programs, heart-rate control and 1-Year Parts/Labor Warranty. For a $1,200 Elliptical Trainer, the CX-1600 seems to be a pretty good deal. I like this video because it gives a pretty honest asessment of the important features, durability, range-of-motion and quality of the CX-1600 Elliptical Trainer. I appreciate the honesty in this review. They say that the CX-1600 has a slight 'bobbing' to it, yet still rate it excellent when it comes to feel. To me, the comfort and feel, next to sturdiness, are the most important features of an elliptical trainer. They do say the heart rate monitors are inconveniently located and they counted off a bit for its small display and poor console lay-out which make it hard
to read your statistics. One of the nice things on the CX-1600 Elliptical Trainer, however, are the larger buttons which make it easy to switch between different resistance levels and programs. Overall, they gave it a 3 out of 5 rating, which is not bad for an Elliptical Trainer in this range.
